What it does for you
This bed rail slides 90cm under your mattress, giving you something firm to push from and hold as you sit up and stand. The height adjusts from 45 to 55cm so it sits right where you need it — and a security strap across the other side keeps it from shifting at night. No floor supports, no drilling. It folds flat if you travel, too.
