We absorb the restocking fees on every change of mind return. What you pay depends on the order value.

Under $80

We’ll refund you in full straight away. No return required.

$80 – $300

Get in touch within 30 days. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. We’ll arrange everything and let you know what to expect.

Over $300

Get in touch within 30 days and we’ll handle it personally. For higher-value items we prefer a quick conversation first — sometimes there’s a simple fix that saves everyone time.

Arrived faulty

Send us one photo of the issue within 30 days. We’ll have a replacement or full refund sorted for you.

Resolved within 3 business days

Arrived damaged

Send us two photos — one of the damage, one of the packaging — within 30 days. We’ll get it resolved.

Resolved within 3 business days

Wrong item sent

Get in touch and we’ll dispatch the correct item and arrange collection of the wrong one. You don’t need to do a thing.
