Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate our business:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which stores order and customer data on our behalf
• Shopify Payments / Stripe — to process payment transactions securely
• Our fulfilment supplier — your name and delivery address are shared to dispatch your order
• Your NDIS plan manager — if you provide their email at checkout, we send your invoice directly to them
• Email marketing platform (Klaviyo) — if you have opted in to marketing communications

All third-party services we use are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
