About this product
Best for someone whose hands or wrists no longer do what a normal knife and fork ask of them. Arthritis, tremor, a stroke, or reduced movement on one side.
The spoon, teaspoon and fork have shafts you can bend to any angle, so the cutlery adapts to your wrist rather than the other way round. The knife has a curved blade and cuts by rocking rather than sawing, which needs far less strength and works one handed. All four have soft ribbed grips.
The rocker knife is the piece that changes a meal. Cutting food is where most people quietly ask for help, and rocking through it one handed hands the meal back.

Common questions
How does a rocker knife work?
The blade is curved. You rest it on the food and rock it rather than sawing back and forth, so it cuts with weight instead of strength, and one hand is enough.
Can the handles really be bent?
The spoon, teaspoon and fork have bendable shafts. Set the angle once for the hand that will use it. They are not meant to be rebent constantly, around twenty times is the limit.
Can I buy the pieces separately?
This is sold as the kit. If you only need a better grip on cutlery you already own, the universal built up handle does that for less.
Every order here comes through me personally. If you're not sure this is the right one for your situation, ask before you order. I'd rather help you choose well than sell you the wrong thing.
