About this product

Who this is for

Best for people who want to feel steadier in the shower without making any permanent changes to their bathroom.

What it does for you

The textured surface grips the wet shower floor so your feet stay where you put them, whether you shower standing up, use a shower chair, or are helping someone bathe safely at home. It lays flat without bunching or shifting underfoot, and comes out easily for cleaning.

Why we love it

It's one of the simplest changes you can make to a bathroom, and one of the most effective. No tools, no tradesperson, no waiting.

Common questions

Will it stay put in the shower?

Yes. The textured underside grips the wet floor, so the mat stays where you place it.

Will it fit my shower?

At 55 x 55 cm it fits most shower recesses. It suits baths too.

How do I clean it?

Rinse it after use and hang it to dry. It's machine washable.

What if it's not right for my situation?

Ask us before you order. The chat is open 24 hours and a real person will follow up personally. Getting the choice right the first time is what we're here for. There's a 30-day returns policy if you ever need it.

Can I use NDIS or Home Care funding?

Yes. This is NDIS-eligible under Consumables. If your plan is managed by a plan manager, we send them a compliant invoice directly. If you are on Support at Home, the AT-HM scheme covers this type of aid. Ask your care manager, or ask us. See how NDIS invoicing works

What people say about SteadWell

These are reviews of our service, not of this product.

  • Ordered the rollator for my mum after she had a fall. I had a couple of questions before ordering because I wasn't sure which one would suit her best, and Bianca was really helpful. She got back to me quickly and answered everything clearly, which made the whole process much easier.

Delivery was fast as well, and I got updates along the way so I always knew when it was due to arrive. With everything else we were dealing with at the time, that was one less thing to think about.

Really happy with the service overall and wouldn't hesitate to buy from SteadWell again.

Hi Jane, thank you for taking the time to write this. Choosing a rollator for someone else is genuinely hard, especially when you're sorting out everything else at the same time. I'm glad the questions helped you feel sure about the one you picked. I hope your mum is getting on well with it. If the handle height ever needs adjusting as she settles into it, or anything else comes up, just get in touch.
