About this product
Best for anyone who sits for long stretches and ends up slumped. A dining chair, an office chair, the car on a long drive.
The wedge is thicker at the back than the front, so your hips sit slightly higher than your knees. That small tilt does most of the work of sitting upright for you, instead of you holding yourself there. The top layer is memory foam so it softens to your shape, with firmer foam underneath so it does not bottom out.
Good posture usually means effort, and effort does not last. This changes the angle you are sitting at, so sitting up straight stops being something you have to remember.

Common questions
Which way round does it go?
Thick edge at the back, thin edge at the front. Your hips end up higher than your knees.
Which size do I need?
Measure across the seat of the chair you will use it on. 40cm suits most dining and office chairs. Choose 45cm or 50cm for a wider armchair or a larger frame.
Will it work in the car?
Yes, and it is one of the more common uses. The non slip base keeps it from sliding on a leather seat.
Does it help tailbone pain?
Not directly. For tailbone pain you want the coccyx wedge, which has a cut out at the back so the tailbone takes no weight.
Every order here comes through me personally. If you're not sure this is the right one for your situation, ask before you order. I'd rather help you choose well than sell you the wrong thing.
