Every product above is self-installing and ships from an Australian warehouse. Weight capacities are the supplier's stated figures, confirmed before we list anything. Manufacturer warranties apply and we handle every claim, so neither you nor your client ever deals with a warranty queue. And because returns are organised end to end, a product that doesn't suit gets collected and refunded. It's the closest thing to a no-risk trial an online supplier can offer.

Self-managed NDIS
Your client orders and pays as normal, and receives an invoice to submit for reimbursement. Nothing extra to arrange.
Plan-managed NDIS
They choose plan-managed at checkout and add their plan manager's email. We invoice the plan manager directly with the correct support category and line item. No chasing, by anyone.
Agency-managed NDIS
Not yet available. Provider registration is in progress and we tell participants that up front rather than fumble it.
GST and pricing
GST-free items are badged throughout this pack and priced accordingly under Schedule 3. NDIS orders are always charged at list price, never discounted, so invoices match without queries.
