About this product
Best for people who need a cane that takes real weight, whether that is a larger frame or leaning on it hard all day.
The steel shaft is rated to 227kg, almost twice our standard canes. The offset handle puts your weight straight down over the shaft, so your wrist does not take the strain, and the textured grip holds steady in your hand. A push button and locking ring set it to your height.
It is honest about what it is for. Steel instead of aluminium makes it heavier to carry, at about 1kg, and that weight is what lets it hold 227kg.

Common questions
Who is a heavy duty cane for?
Anyone over 120 kg, and anyone who leans on a cane hard for most of the day. If you are under 120 kg and use a cane more lightly, our standard offset cane is lighter to carry.
Why is it heavier than other canes?
It is steel rather than aluminium, about 1 kg against 350 g. That extra weight is what carries 227 kg.
How do I know the right height?
Stand upright with your arms relaxed by your side. The handle should reach your wrist crease. This cane adjusts from 75 to 98 cm.
What if it's not right for my situation?
Ask us before you order. The chat is open 24 hours and a real person will follow up personally. Getting the choice right the first time is what we're here for. There's a 30-day returns policy if you ever need it.
Can I use NDIS or Home Care funding?
Yes. This is NDIS-eligible under Consumables. If your plan is managed by a plan manager, we send them a compliant invoice directly. If you are on Support at Home, the AT-HM scheme covers this type of aid. Ask your care manager, or ask us. See how NDIS invoicing works
Every order here comes through me personally. If you're not sure this is the right one for your situation, ask before you order. I'd rather help you choose well than sell you the wrong thing.
