Walking Sticks & Canes
If you want something steady to hold on one side when you walk, these are the walking sticks and canes we sell. Every one adjusts to your height, and each product page lists its measurements so you can check the fit before you order.
How to choose
Walking stick and walking cane mean the same thing. What changes is the handle and the base. A T-shape handle is soft to hold and works in either hand. An offset handle keeps the strain off a sore wrist. A palm grip is shaped to fit your left or right hand. A quad tip cane has four small feet, so it stands up on its own when you let go. Not sure where to start? The T-shape is the easy first choice, and the quad tip is the one to pick if you need more support than a single tip gives.
To check the height, stand up straight in your everyday shoes with your arms hanging loose. The handle should sit level with the crease of your wrist. Our T-shape cane goes lowest, to 72.5cm, and our offset cane goes highest, to 99.5cm. Weight limits run from 100kg on the folding cane to 227kg on the heavy duty offset cane.
The folding cane folds into four sections, down to 29cm, and comes with a carry case, so it can live in a bag until you want it. If you already have a stick, you will also find a wrist strap and spare 19mm rubber tips here.

Questions people ask
Are your walking sticks adjustable?
Yes. Every walking stick and cane here adjusts in height, in small steps of 24 to 25mm. Set it so the handle sits level with the crease of your wrist when you stand up straight in your everyday shoes, arms hanging loose. Each product page lists its full height range.
Which walking stick suits a shorter or taller person?
The handle should sit at your wrist crease, which is a little under half your height. Our T-shape cane goes lowest, to 72.5cm, which suits people from about 151cm tall. Our offset cane goes highest, to 99.5cm, which suits people up to about 207cm tall. The folding cane has the narrowest range, 82 to 94cm.
Which of your walking sticks come with a wrist strap?
The T-shape and offset handle canes come with a wrist strap, so the stick stays on your wrist when you let go to open a door. The quad tip cane stands up on its own instead. If your stick did not come with a strap, our wrist strap fits any standard cane.
How small does the folding walking stick fold?
Our folding cane folds into four sections, down to 29cm, and comes with a carry case, so it tucks away in a bag or the car until you need it. It weighs 300g, adjusts from 82 to 94cm and holds up to 100kg. It suits you if you only want a stick some of the time.
Do you sell replacement tips for walking sticks?
Yes. Our replacement rubber tip fits a 19mm cane shaft, including our T-shape, offset and folding canes, and comes in black, bronze or grey. It is sold singly, so you can keep a spare in the drawer and swap it once the tread has worn smooth.
