About this product
Best for people who need a cane some of the time, not all of the time, and want one that tucks away in a bag or the car until they do.
It folds into four sections, 29cm long, and comes with its own carry case, so it fits in a handbag, a backpack or the glovebox. Unfold it and it opens out to a full-size cane. The T-shape handle sits across your palm, and a push button and locking ring hold it at your height.
It waits in the bag until the walk back from the car park, which is often the only part of the day you wanted it for.

Common questions
Will it suit my height?
It suits most people from about 171 to 196 cm tall. Stand straight in your everyday shoes with your arms hanging loose. The handle should meet the crease of your wrist, and this cane sets from 82 to 94 cm. If your wrist crease is lower than 82 cm, the T-Shape cane goes down to 72.5 cm.
How does it fold?
It comes apart into four sections and folds to 29 cm, which goes in the carry case. Unfold it and it opens out to a full-size cane. Set the height with the push button, then tighten the locking ring before you lean on it.
Is a folding cane as strong as a fixed one?
It is rated to 100 kg, a little under our standard canes at 120 kg. For everyday walking that is plenty. If you lean on a cane hard all day, a fixed cane is the sturdier choice.
Will the tip slip?
The rubber tip grips like a shoe sole. Replace it when the tread wears smooth. Spare tips are here
What if it's not right for my situation?
Ask us before you order. The chat is open 24 hours and a real person will follow up personally. Getting the choice right the first time is what we're here for. There's a 30-day returns policy if you ever need it.
Can I use NDIS or Home Care funding?
Yes. This is NDIS-eligible under Consumables. If your plan is managed by a plan manager, we send them a compliant invoice directly. If you are on Support at Home, the AT-HM scheme covers this type of aid. Ask your care manager, or ask us. See how NDIS invoicing works
Every order here comes through me personally. If you're not sure this is the right one for your situation, ask before you order. I'd rather help you choose well than sell you the wrong thing.
