About this product
Best for people whose hands get sore on an ordinary handle, and who want a grip shaped to fit the palm of the hand that holds it.
The handle is moulded to the shape of your hand, so the pressure spreads across your whole palm instead of pressing into one spot. Because it is shaped, it is made for one hand: a right-hand grip for the right hand, a left-hand grip for the left. A push button and locking ring set it to your height.
A grip shaped to a hand, rather than a hand made to fit a grip. On a long day out, that is the difference you feel.

Common questions
Which hand do I need?
The hand that holds the cane, which is usually the one opposite your weaker leg. If your left leg is the weaker one, the cane goes in your right hand, so choose a right-hand grip. The grip is shaped, so a right-hand grip will not sit properly in a left hand.
Small or large grip?
The small grip is made for smaller hands. If your hands are average or larger, the large grip is the usual choice. There is no left-hand small grip at the moment.
How do I know the right height?
Stand upright with your arms relaxed by your side. The handle should reach your wrist crease. The small grip sets from 76 to 99 cm and the large from 74 to 97 cm.
Palm grip or T-shape?
Both spread the weight across your palm. The T-Shape cane works in either hand and has a wrist strap. The palm grip is shaped to one hand, so it fits more closely.
What if it's not right for my situation?
Ask us before you order. The chat is open 24 hours and a real person will follow up personally. Getting the choice right the first time is what we're here for. There's a 30-day returns policy if you ever need it.
Can I use NDIS or Home Care funding?
Yes. This is NDIS-eligible under Consumables. If your plan is managed by a plan manager, we send them a compliant invoice directly. If you are on Support at Home, the AT-HM scheme covers this type of aid. Ask your care manager, or ask us. See how NDIS invoicing works
Every order here comes through me personally. If you're not sure this is the right one for your situation, ask before you order. I'd rather help you choose well than sell you the wrong thing.
